Michael Dineen: B Comm FCA and founder and Chairman of CXC and many years International Business Experience in founding and developing businesses. Michael developed several Businesses in Russia and introduced many companies to the Russian market such as EBS International, Bank of Ireland, Guinness Park Lane London and many others. Michael foundedCXC in 2002 and has grown the company to be the premier provider of these services in Ireland.

Fergal Lennon: FCA QFA is the Finance Director. Fergal has over 20 years experience in business in Ireland and the United Kingdom. He worked in London for eight years in large multinational companies in the finance and property industries. Since returning to Ireland Fergal has founded and successfully developed several businesses in the Finance and IT sectors. 

Jeanne Murphy: joined CXC in 2004. Jeanne is a Certified Public Accountant. Jeanne started her career in Insurance in Cork and worked for several years with one of the largest Insurance Broker's in Ireland. She then worked in the Middle East with ARAMCO and worked her way up to the position of Assistant to IT Director. On returning to Ireland Jeanne joined CXC Consultants Exchange Limited and is now a key member of the senior management team.

Olga Halpenny: joined CXC in 2006 to head up Business Development Department in Dublin. She has significant years of experience in the contracting world, having previously worked in companies who utilise contracting options for their project team requirements. Having previously viewed the services of CXC from the perspective of a contractor, an agency and a company she was eager to join the CXC team.

Business Development

Siobhan O'Neill: joined CXC in 2005 as Payroll Manager. Prior to this Siobhan worked in the outsourcing division. Siobhan also worked with Ernst & Young for 10 years. During her time with them she was involved in the preparation of tax returns and became involved in the payroll outsourcing department with responsibility for both Irish & EMEA payrolls. Siobhan is a qualified Accounting Technician.

Fiona Smith: Financial controller joined CXC in 2004. She has a Bachelors of Commerce Degree and Higher Diploma in Education from UCC. Fiona has extensive experience as an Accountant in many retail interests, financial services, and professional accounting practices. Fiona is the Finance Controller.

Finance

Kieran Coughlan:  joined CXC in 2009 as the Taxation Manager. Previously Kieran spent four years working in both the SME (Audit) Department and Taxation Department of Deloittes Dublin Office. Kieran has been placed in both ACCA final exams and the Irish Taxation Institute final exams. Kieran has completed a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards subsequent to attaining his ACCA membership. He is a branch representative for the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. Kieran holds a higher degree in Accounting from UCC.

Pratheesh Kumar: joined the CXC in 2005 as the IT Manager. Pratheesh has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a Masters in Intelligent & Multiagent Systems and a Diploma in Project Management. Pratheesh has over 7 years experience in Software Design & Development and Systems & Network Administration.
