1. Contacting CXC
   • Once you contact CXC a member of our Business Development Team will  provide you with more information on our products and services, advising you on the product which will best suit your needs.
   • You will receive an “Estimate” which will give you a clear indication of the types of allowable business expenses you can claim and your expected take home pay.
   • Our team will give you expert financial advice on how to maximise your take home pay while minimising your administration work.
2. Signing Up
   • You will receive our Terms & Conditions included in an Information Pack which you will need to sign and return to receive our services.
   • You will immediately be assigned a  Client Service Account Manager whom will send you a Welcome E-mail, advising you of your Payroll Manager the timesheet deadline and pay dates and setting you up on our system.
   • The Account Manager will also be able to assist you further with any additional questions you may have on the process.
3. Start Work
   • You can literally start contracting and using our services immediately, practically on the same day you receive your estimate we can have your limited company and insurance in place!
   • All we need is for you to send in your timesheets by your agency’s or company’s deadline date.
   • We will contact your Agency or Company on your behalf and give them your company name and insurance details.
4. Pay Day:
   
   • We will process and send your pay the same day the funds are received from your agency or company.
   • We will e-mail you your payslip with details of your pay calculation.
   • You will also have access to our MyCXC, our online contractor portal, which will allow you to view the transparency of the workflow, your contract details, expenses and payslips. You can also enter and record your business expenses through MyCXC .
